Job Description


We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support a key initiative focused on large-scale, nationwide advertising events supporting the United States Marine Corps. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing program data, performing financial analysis, and developing project budgets while working closely with contract managers. They will be responsible for supporting the analysis of program performance, developing actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance program execution. The candidate must be familiar with working in high-profile, fast-paced environments such as sports entertainment, NASCAR events, and government-led initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Data Analysis & Reporting: Manage and maintain comprehensive program data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Conduct in-depth analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor program progress, and identify trends or issues that may impact project objectives, particularly in large-scale event planning for the Marine Corps and high-profile sports entertainment venues.


  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ongoing programs. Provide leadership with actionable recommendations to optimize resource allocation and improve overall program performance, with a particular focus on enhancing recruitment and brand visibility for the Marine Corps.


  • Deliverable Management & Task Order Support: Assist the Contract Program Manager in managing and tracking task orders, ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time and align with contract requirements. This includes preparing reports, presentations, and strategic communications plans for submission to the Marine Corps and other key stakeholders.


  •  Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government officials, event organizers, and marketing teams. Facilitate regular communication to ensure the alignment of program objectives and expectations, especially during high-profile events such as NASCAR races, the Super Bowl, and fleet weeks.


  • Risk & Issue Management: Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and issues that may impact project performance. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success, ensuring that all program risks are documented and escalated appropriately when necessary.


  • Content & Document Management: Oversee the archival of key project documents, meeting notes, and approved deliverables in various document management systems. Ensure that all reports and updates are thoroughly documented and accessible for future reference and compliance purposes.


  • Financial Analysis & Budget Management: Perform financial analysis to support the development of project budgets and financial forecasts for national marketing campaigns and government-related events. Work closely with project managers and contract administrators to ensure budgets are met, financial risks are mitigated, and accurate reports are submitted to stakeholders.


  • Travel & On-site Support: Provide on-site program management and support at major Marine Corps events and other high-profile sports entertainment venues. Travel up to 50% to ensure successful implementation of nationwide marketing initiatives and recruitment efforts.


Requirements:

Education & Experience:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

-5-7 years of experience as a Senior Program Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar role. An additional 5-10 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

-Proven experience working with the U.S. Marine Corps or other Department of Defense (DOD) agencies is strongly preferred.


Technical Skills:

-Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools).

-Strong command of financial management and budgeting principles, especially in the context of large-scale event planning and marketing.

-Familiarity with document management systems and project management tools.

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business productivity tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in government contracting and task order management.

-Familiarity with large-scale sports and entertainment events, including NASCAR, fleet weeks, and other recruitment-related events.

-Experience working with military veterans or military community members.


Security Clearance:

-Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance is required.


Location:

Remote, USA (with the ability to travel as needed).
