Job Description


We are seeking a Contract Program Manager to support a key initiative focused on large scale, nation-wide advertising events supporting the Marine Corps.  The ideal candidate will have experience as a program manager leading delivery of task order, ability to network as a primary point of contact with key client stakeholders, and who has experience supporting the Marine Corps or other DOD agencies, along with familiarity and/or a deep understanding of marketing.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between Veterans Signup LLC and the client, ensuring strong, ongoing communication with key stakeholders, including government officials and corporate partners.


  • Oversee all contract deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract terms, conditions, and performance objectives, and maintaining thorough knowledge of task orders, government contracts, and applicable legal frameworks, including FAR/DFARS compliance.


  • Lead contract review processes, collaborating with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure that all contract documents align with corporate policies, government regulations, and the specific requirements of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal entities.


  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of task orders and deliverables, including kickoff meetings, reporting schedules (bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual), and scope management for high-visibility projects.


  • Analyze and identify contract risks, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are developed and implemented in alignment with organizational objectives and government regulations.


  • Develop a comprehensive program management plan incorporating timelines, roles, communication protocols, risk management strategies, and quality control measures, ensuring that all phases of project execution meet performance, compliance, and legal standards.


  • Manage and oversee a cross-functional team, including analysts, Marketing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), content creators, and project managers, ensuring efficient and coordinated contract performance.


  • Coordinate and conduct contract modifications, renewals, and extensions in partnership with legal counsel, contract administrators, and government contracting officers, ensuring clear documentation of all changes.


  • Travel up to 50% to high-profile national events, including Super Bowl, Coca-Cola 500, and fleet week events, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed in accordance with the contract’s requirements and stakeholder expectations.


Requirements:

i. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relative field to include business, marketing, or analytics

ii. 8-10 years of experience in program management, or an additional 5-10 years, in lieu of degree

iii. Active Secret Clearance, or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

iv. Exposure to Marine Corps or other DOD agencies strongly preferred

v. Experience with Microsoft tools
